Scout by Tulle New York Size 8

Scout is a silk shantung A-line gown with off shoulder straps and a deep V neckline. It has a low V-back, long train, and buttons going all the way down the back. It has a tear at the waist in the back and needs some repairs on the buttons, but overall the dress is in fine condition. Signs of wear are pictured.
